Job Description
In collaboration with the company manager and under his supervision, The Airport representative and Operation officer will handle the following tasks:
- Represent the tour company before its guests, meet, greet and escort them in the airport and various sites/destinations.
- Escort the company tour groups during their travel in Egypt when needed.
- Doing quotations for requested tours and system updates as needed.
- Operation work for tours, such as coordination with tour guides, drivers, local operators, etc and follow up of existing tours.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Management Team (CEO and Operations Manager).
Job Requirements
SKILLS NEEDED
- Energetic personality and eager and able to learn fast.
- Fluent in English, speaking and writing. German, French or Spanish will be an additional advantage.
- Familiarity with the destinations the company offers tours in.
- Good computer skills (Internet, CRM, Google Drive, Word, Excel, etc)
- Self motivated and have the ability to make recommended improvements.
- Having previous experience in the field is an additional advantage.
GENERAL TERMS
- Work under Freedom and Responsibility Philosophy, based on targets previously agreed, with flexible working schedule and teleworking option.
- Ability to join tours for training and information update purposes when needed.
- Monthly meetings to discuss the performance with the CEO, Travel Advisors and Operations and the rest of the Admin Team.
