Job Description
Main Job Duties:
- Provide support and guidance to the clients’ technical questions and be responsible for resolving their issues based on defined and agreed SLAs.
- Define configurations and development activities required to fulfill customer requirements.
- Classify customer requirements which will need configurations and which will need development.
- Perform configuration tasks required by the client.
- Follow up with the clients to make sure that team will deliver what is required.
- Follow up with developers to get development tasks done in time.
- Provide full documentation for tasks that need to be developed
- Managed the implementation of team tasks
- Capable to trainee users on various Odoo modules
- Help the support team in customer support
- Assistant Sales Team in the Pilot and Demonstration
- Odoo Experience is MUST

- Excellent planning and communication skills
- Good knowledge of business processes & accounting
- Ability to learn fast and execute accordingly
- Complete understanding of ERP and open source concepts.
