Job Description
- Supervising the machine and its work team
- Implementation of the daily production plan.
- Monitoring the speed and efficiency of the machine
- Writing production reports and deviations from the scheme.
- Ensure that the production is delivered to TQM warehouses
- Setting incentives for production employees. To encourage innovation and participation in product development, performance methods, quality standards, cost economics, and registration of production competitions for disbursement to employees and sent to the administration of wages and incentives.
- Ensuring that what was produced was produced in accordance with established policies, specified plans, quantities, quality and required cost.
- Entering ERP results.
Job Requirements
- “Bachelor/Master” and to have practical experience in the field of animal production
- Very good in Arabic and English as a minimum is a must.
- The ability to think brilliantly and find solutions to problems.
