Job Description

  • AKA group, one of the biggest developers in the Red Sea is seeking to hire a Sales Manager.

You will be required to:

  • Lead sales teams in developing customized real estate and financial solutions for clients.
  • Be Familiar with different markets and competitors.
  • Lead and manage customer complaints.
  • Look presentable in front of any prospective clients.
  • The applicant must be able to create a sales team which will be used for three different projects and direct them the way he/she sees fit.
  • He/she must be able to create a plan for sales and be as strategic about it as possible.
  • Should be able to handle assets worth over 100 million.
  • There should be an understanding of the system and market in Hurghada, as it is unique in its sales techniques.
  • Create and maintain an environment where the sales team can maximize performance to develop and manage long-term relationships with clients.
  • Ensure the sales team proactively manages their individual sales leads, as well as achieve individual targets while providing the highest sales quality and service standard.
  • Closely managing and driving the individual and collective performance of the team.
  • Strong leader with sound judgement and excellent people management skills, as well as being a team player.
  • High energy level to lead and drive change within the sales organization.

Job Requirements

  • Must have 4 years of experience working in a managerial position and multinational company
  • The candidate must have a previous real estate database.
  • Proven experience in real estate businesses.
  • Must speak fluent English and Arabic (other languages is a plus).
  • Must be a resident in Hurghada.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
  • Marketing experience is a plus.
  • Experience developing sales strategies and successfully implementing them.
  • Strategic thinker, coupled with strong leadership and coaching skills, as well as having strong business acumen.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, including influencing and relationship building.
