Job Description
To achieve our common goals, you can contribute by the following tasks and duties and is not limited to:
- Create and edit technical documentation, user manuals, and other materials related to software products.
- Obtain an understanding of products and services to transfer complex product information into simple and user-friendly content.
- Gather and analyze technical and product information from various sources such as development and testing teams to document new or changing product functionality.
- Work with the UX and business analysis teams to create or improve user interface text, such as field labels or error messages.
- Review and edit localization files (EN and AR).
- Collaborate with other teams to review and produce technical business documents.
- Review documentation for consistency and continuously update content with current information.
- Edit other writers' content and documentation for consistency and continuously update content with current information.
- Translate technical documents (EN<>AR)
Job Requirements
- +3 years of technical writing working experience in the IT field
- High technical Writing skills in English and Arabic
- Excellent translation skills, especially technical terms (EN<>AR)
- Knowledge of SDLC
- Working knowledge of different technical documents (proposals, installation guides, technical instructions, release notes, and user guides)
- Excellent communication skills.
- Excellent Microsoft Office usage (especially Word and PowerPoint).
- Good knowledge of technologies and new trends in technical writing.
- Be highly organized and collaborative.
