- Booking appointments and generating leads for our clients
- Calling all types of leads (Warm- Cold)
- Reviewing your own sales performance and aiming to meet or exceed monthly targets.
- Gaining a clear understanding of customers' requirements.
- Building a powerful rapport and connection with the customers on the phone
Job Requirements
- (1-3) years of experience in Telesales or Telemarketing
- Ability to receive inbound calls & make outbound calls
- Adaptability / Flexibility.
- Excellent communication skills
- You must have a desktop/laptop, a headset and a stable internet connection.
