Job Description

  • Prepares correspondence, reports, and other department documents.
  • Assists employees from the sales department, who are assigned by the sales manager, in writing and preparing tender documents and presentations.
  • Assists engineers in gathering technical information
  • Saves all company files and documents of the company carefully and very keenly.
  • Assists the Direct Manager in responding to the faxes as well as writing and presenting reports
  • Escalates technical problems that cannot be solved over the phone to the technical team and schedule an appointment with the client
  • Responsible for answering customers’ daily requests and concerns daily and sending a report to the direct manager
  • Schedules meetings and appointments for Top Management.
  • Guides and welcomes guests as well as responds to phone inquiries and forwards calls to employees.
  • Provides administrative support in the field of secretarial and administrative affairs to staff.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree.
  • Female only.
  • 1-3 years experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent computer skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Proficiency in both written and spoken Arabic and English.
  • Knowledge of administrative and management practices and procedures.
  • Ability to work well with others.
  • Positive response to pressure.
  • Ability to cope with several jobs simultaneously and meet agreed deadlines.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
