Job Description

  • Carrying out clerical duties such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing documents, including official correspondence, memos, resumes, and presentations.
  •  Coordinating and managing appointments, meetings, and the conference room schedule in order to prevent duplicate bookings.
  •  Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages, etc.)
  • Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned.
  • Perform receptionist duties when needed.

Job Requirements

  • Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Experience as an office administrator, or office assistant.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office, and the Internet.
  • BSc/BA in office administration or a relevant field is preferred.
  • Males Only.
  • English level: Good at least.

Work COndition:-

  • Full Time working from Office.
  • Working Hours from (8-5) including 1 Hr Break.
  • Work Location: Maadi.
  • Social Insurance.
  • Military Service: Finished pr fully exempted.
