Job Description

Job brief

  • We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Human Resources department and oversee our full-cycle recruiting in all the company branches.
  • Talent Acquisition responsibilities include sourcing candidates through various channels, planning interview and selection procedures, and hosting or participating in career events. To be successful in this role, you should be able to develop long-term recruiting strategies and nurture trusting relationships with potential hires.
  • Ultimately, you will create strong talent pipelines for our company’s current and future hiring needs, you will be responsible for ensuring that current employees are satisfied in their positions, and promoting a company’s brand through recruitment initiatives and events.

Job Description:

  • Develop company’s policy for talent benchmarking, talent assessment, and interviewing.
  • Perform analysis of organizational development and anticipate future employment needs.
  • Determining selection criteria.
  • Monitor vacancies in the organization & ensure they are adequately filled within the recruitment KPIs of vacancy rate duration of hiring & caliber hired in all the company branches.
  • Sourcing potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks.)
  • Screening CVs searching for qualified candidates according to relevant job criteria & preparing a shortlist for staff-level positions.
  • Monitor other incoming resumes through different sources, screening & classifying the CVs according to Specialization, Experience…etc.
  • Handling all recruitments reports.
  • Develop & update Job Description regularly (Change in grade, reporting to, job enrichment….)
  • Manage the CV database to ensure it is fully updated and ensure fast and easy retrieval of CVs
  • Communicate the details of any new hire with all the concerned parties to ensure proper employee onboarding in all branches.
  • Send “Welcome Announcement” for any new hire to all the company to ensure effective communication.
  • Ensuring that current employees are satisfied in their positions, and promoting a company’s brand through recruitment initiatives and events.
  • Communicating with other departments, employees, applicants, administrators, and staff provide information and assistance regarding recruitment, probation period, transfers.

Job Requirements

  • Proven work experience from 5-7 years as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role.
  • Previous experience in Software company; hiring IT, Programmers, and executive positions.
  • Familiarity with social media, resume databases, and professional networks.
  • Experience in using Online Talent Solutions to proactively source candidates (sourcing talents globally; inside and outside Egypt)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload.
  • Extensive knowledge of MS Office.
  • BSc in a relevant field.
  • Preferred HR diploma.
  • Fluent English language.
  • Analytical thinking.
