Job Description
- Install, configure, and maintain software and hardware components of a computer and network systems all end-user software applications (Windows, MS Office, Antivirus, Outlook, etc.).
- Troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnose, and solve hardware or software issues including Windows and/or Apple operating systems
- Repair and replace the damaged computer and network components.
- Test new hardware and software before full-scale installation.
- Serve as the first point of contact for end-users seeking technical assistance over the phone, email, or remote support
- Follow-up and update PC's status and information
Job Requirements
Experience:
- Proven experience as a help desk IT or in other support roles
- Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and other tech products
- Advanced hardware and software support, maintenance, and updates for desktops, printers, switches, wireless access points, and mobile devices
Qualification And Skills :
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Computer Engineering or relevant from 1 to 3 years of experience as IT help desk.
- High standards of ethics and confidentiality to handle sensitive information.
- Ability to integrate well into teams & work towards achieving team results.
- Shows continuous improvement by taking initiative and accepting responsibilities.
