Job Description
- Ensuring guests have smooth running stays at the hotels.
- Organizing the guest welcome and cares provided by his/her team.
- Greeting, checking-in, responding to requests and settling accounts while providing exceptional services.
- Taking initiative to add personalized experiences for guests.
- Managing and motivating the Front Office team in order to provide a high standard of service for guests.
- Supporting the department to achieve quantitative and qualitative targets.
- Implementing brands and Group standards, projects and programs.
Qualifications
- Having minimum 2 years in the same or similar position with a solid foundation in Front Office operating systems,
- Having education background in hospitality will be an advantage.
- Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written), and other international languages will be plus points.
