Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Developing Individualized Treatment Plans: Creating and implementing therapy plans based on each patient's specific needs and goals.
- Conducting Assessments: Evaluating patients to identify their strengths, challenges, and progress.
- Collaborating with Multidisciplinary Teams: Working closely with doctors, nurses, educators, and caregivers to ensure holistic care.
- Providing Therapy Sessions: Using techniques like cognitive-behavioral therapy, sensory integration, or play therapy to address physical, emotional, or developmental needs.
- Educating Families and Caregivers: Offering guidance and support to help families understand and participate in the therapeutic process.
- Monitoring Progress: Regularly reviewing and adjusting treatment plans to ensure effective outcomes.
- Advocating for Patients: Ensuring that patients receive the resources and support they need within the healthcare system.
