Primary Duties & Responsibilities :

Ensure that all architectural designs and drawings are in line with the development’s value proposition and Client specifications.
Coordinate design and construction activities with Civil and MEP Engineers.
Manage contractor and vendors on a day-to-day basis to ensure that designs and technical drawings are carried out appropriately and aligned with the approved designs
Inspect site works and delivered materials to ensure general compliance with specs.
Coordinate submittals, review and approvals against contract requirements with Civil and MEP and report and advise on any architectural design deviations
Approval of shop drawings, materials, vendors and suppliers based on project specs and client requirements
Prepare technical reports, progress reports.

Experience and Qualification:

B.Sc. degree in Architectural Engineering from a reputable University.
Fluent in written and spoken English & Arabic.
Previous experience in high reputed Consultant Engineering and Construction Company.
Good knowledge in fit-out projects and furniture works.
Good knowledge on QC procedures to manage at project.
Previous experience in different type of projects (Hospitals, Hospitality, Residential, Administration buildings, Mixed Use Towers & Developments).
Knowledge of Architectural design standards and codes.
Knowledge of authorities and government regulations in Saudi Arabia.
Optional: Good experience in Architecture Shop Drawings.

Required Computer Skills:

Project Duration: 6 - 8 Months.
