Job Description
- Advertisement release, maintenance and update
- Resume collection and screening
- Interview arrangement and assessment
- Summarize the problems existing in the recruitment work, put forward reasonable suggestions to optimize the recruitment system and process, and complete the recruitment analysis report
- Responsible for the establishment of enterprise talent pool, resume management and information confidentiality
- Handling employee entry and resignation procedures
- Update and maintain employees files in compliance with the Egyptian labor law
- Prepare Social Insurance transactions and related
- Prepare payroll effects and calculate the monthly
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree or above
- Experience from 2-5 years in the field of HR
- Good knowledge of employment/labor laws
- Excellent communications skills and problem solving skills
- Good English level and good Microsoft office skills
