Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate manner via email.
- Identify customer needs and help customers resolve any issues.
- Process orders, forms, registrations or requests.
- Understanding of basic live chat and service technology for fielding customer requests.
- Update the internal databases with a log of all customer information, interaction, comments and resolutions.
Job Requirements
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years work experience as a Customer Support Specialist or similar CS role at a call center.
- Passionate about customer service support
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Typing skills - minimum of 35/wpm & 90% accuracy.
- Advanced level of English - in both verbal and written.
- Ability to cope with stressful situations and meet deadlines.
