Job Description

Responsibilities: 

  • Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate manner via email.
  • Identify customer needs and help customers resolve any issues. 
  • Process orders, forms, registrations or requests.
  • Understanding of basic live chat and service technology for fielding customer requests.
  • Update the internal databases with a log of all customer information, interaction, comments and resolutions. 

Job Requirements

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years work experience as a Customer Support Specialist or similar CS role at a call center. 
  • Passionate about customer service support
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Typing skills - minimum of 35/wpm & 90% accuracy. 
  • Advanced level of English - in both verbal and written. 
  • Ability to cope with stressful situations and meet deadlines.
