Role And Responsibility
- Working with the marketing team in addition to collaborating with the commercial team in order to ensure the delivery of tailored services that address the client’s objectives while setting clear and effective marketing strategies for the business;
- Managing the performance of the marketing team;
- Researching and analyzing market trends;
- Overseeing marketing campaigns;
- Tracking and monitoring the effectiveness of marketing campaigns in addition to reporting findings to the Operations team;
- Setting communication strategies and delivering ideas and social media plans;
- Managing the design and production of promotional materials; and
- Cooperating with the project management team to meet market expectations
Job Requirements
- 10+ years of professional experience;
- Medical background;
- Multinational corporate background;
- 8 years of tactical marketing experience;
- Post-graduate studies (MBA Holder, CIM Certified)
