Job Description
- Designing maintenance strategies and organizing periodic procedures.
- Carry out periodic maintenance and respond to equipment malfunctions.
- Diagnose various problems and malfunctions.
- Ensure that the equipment is working properly and review the new parts.
- Perform quality checks on all machines and equipment.
- Communicate with different departments and clients to provide appropriate solutions.
- Arranging and specifying the required materials and equipment with the Procurement Department.
- Ensure that there are maintenance tools and proper storage of equipment.
- Monitor and control periodic maintenance costs.
- Dealing with emergencies and emergency breakdowns.
- Improving health and safety policies and procedures.
- Work with specialized equipment such as PLC units.
- Writing maintenance strategies to help with installation and operating instructions.
- Ensure that there is a continuous cover for machinery and equipment in case of breakdowns.
