Quality Specialist

Job Purpose:

Drive customer complaints to elimination/reduction through systematic approaches of problem-solving and an open mindset for new ideas and systems.
Also, follow-up for investigations done for issues results from any quality system through effective CAPA system, and drive OPL system for developing quality culture through other departments. 

Key Responsibilities:

Primary Responsibilities

• Manage the Complaint cycle starting after creating the ticket through CRM till the complaint is closed by the address responsible 
• Review and follow-up for investigations done for validation and effectiveness to eliminate issues.
• Develop OPLs according to effective actions.

Secondary Responsibilities

• Apply internal audits according to the audit plan
• Document controller for the Organization
• Develop a specification management system for Cilantro products and materials.
