Job Description
Job Purpose:
Drive customer complaints to elimination/reduction through systematic approaches of problem-solving and an open mindset for new ideas and systems.
Also, follow-up for investigations done for issues results from any quality system through effective CAPA system, and drive OPL system for developing quality culture through other departments.
Key Responsibilities:
Primary Responsibilities
- Manage the Complaint cycle starting after creating the ticket through CRM till the complaint is closed by the address responsible
- Review and follow-up for investigations done for validation and effectiveness to eliminate issues.
- Develop OPLs according to effective actions.
Secondary Responsibilities
- Apply internal audits according to the audit plan
- Document controller for the Organization
- Develop a specification management system for Cilantro products and materials.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in (Science, Pharmaceutical, or Agriculture) from a reputable university combined with a minimum of 2 years of experience in the same field.
- Previous Experience in a F&B industry is a MUST.
- Good knowledge of investigation process and RCA
- Good knowledge of CAPA system
- Good knowledge of ISO 9001:2015
- Good knowledge of PDCA cycle
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent data collection and analysis skills
- Good at practicing office tools (word, excel, PowerPoint)
- Good at English (read and write)
- Structural mindset
