Job Description
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll in accordance with local statutory requirements and bylaws.
- Distinguish payroll sheet into a separate accounts i.e salaries, social insurance, overtime and etc…
- Match the monthly social insurance amounts of calculations, accruals and transfers.
- Prepare accounting journal entries.
- Prepare a proper allocation of payroll over business units.
- Update general ledger and related accounts i.e employees loans.
- Responsible for GL accounts related to employees.
- Participate in payroll external audit requirements.
- Prepare and submit periodic salary tax report i.e Form 4 and Annual report.
- Participate in regular salary tax inspection to provide documents and analytical reports.
- Generate different payroll reports.
- Accept any other tasks upon request.
Job Requirements
- Education Level: Bachelor's Degree of commerce (accounting major)
- Minimum 3 years of experience.
- Good in English Language
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Ability to work with a team and being an effective team member
- Good Understanding of accounting and financial reporting principles and practices
