Job Description

  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll in accordance with local statutory requirements and bylaws.
  • Distinguish payroll sheet into a separate accounts i.e salaries, social insurance, overtime and etc…
  • Match the monthly social insurance amounts of calculations, accruals and transfers.
  • Prepare accounting journal entries.
  • Prepare a proper allocation of payroll over business units.
  • Update general ledger and related accounts i.e employees loans.
  • Responsible for GL accounts related to employees.
  • Participate in payroll external audit requirements.
  • Prepare and submit periodic salary tax report i.e Form 4 and Annual report.
  • Participate in regular salary tax inspection to provide documents and analytical reports.
  • Generate different payroll reports.
  • Accept any other tasks upon request.

Job Requirements

  • Education Level: Bachelor's Degree of commerce (accounting major)
  • Minimum 3 years of experience.
  • Good in English Language
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  • Ability to work with a team and being an effective team member
  • Good Understanding of accounting and financial reporting principles and practices
