Job Description
- Establishing the routine for the Sock Factory in El Minya
- Responsibility over all the factory planning , logistic and purchasing process :
- Control and operate the shipment plan managing other
- Load the various machines and department based on the plan
- Produce daily , weekly and monthly reports
- Control over actual vs planned
- Monitor stock level ,material flow , supply chain
- Forming a planning , controlling , purchase & Logistics department
- Training and motivating the team
Job Requirements
- Industrial Engineering - or other relevant degree
- 5 years of experience in an industrial environments – working under strict timelines for an exporting company advantage ,
- At least 2 years of experience as a team leader
- Deep understanding in industrial process , experienced with communicating multiple stakeholders
- Office , ERP system – M3 advantage
- El Minya residency is a must.
