Job Description
As our Content Creator, you'll bring the diverse projects of Osiris Labs to life through blogs, social media posts, website copy, marketing materials, and potentially scripts and presentations. You'll collaborate with various teams (marketing, projects, and leadership) to develop content that strategically aligns with business goals, educates, inspires, and propels our brand forward.
What You'll Do
Produce high-quality, engaging content for various platforms, adapting your voice and style to suit different formats and audiences.
Collaborate with various teams to understand project goals and create content that effectively communicates key messages.
Research and stay abreast of industry trends, SEO best practices, and emerging online content strategies to drive optimal engagement.
Edit and proofread your own work as well as content produced by others to ensure accuracy, consistency, and a polished final product.
Track, analyze, and leverage content performance metrics to identify improvement opportunities and inform future content strategies.
Job Requirements
- A minimum of 1-3 years of professional content creation experience.
- Portfolio showcasing various writing styles and formats (blogs, website copy, social media, etc.).
- Technical Understanding: Working knowledge of SEO principles and online content tools.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Communication, Journalism, English, Marketing) is preferred, but equivalent experience may be considered.
- Curious Researcher: Exhibits a love of learning and dissecting complex topics into easily understandable language.
- Collaborative & Adaptable: Flourishes in a team environment, can shift writing voice and style based on the project and target audience.
