Supply Chain & Warehouse operations specialist - Cosmetics

We are online store with e-commerce website, mobile app, and ERP system, we focusing on all the accessories of the lashes, nails and the permanent makeup, the owner is Russian woman. 

We are seeking an organized, reliable logistics associate with a precise attention to detail to join our growing organization. In this position, 

• you will Manage warehouse inventory, control the products movements (inbound-Storage-Outbound) through warehousing system.
• receive the new products, generate barcodes for it, count them and register on the system.
• receive the orders from the online website after sales team confirmation.
• prepare the orders, pack them, print the invoice, and request a pickup.
• help the purchasing manager by supporting her with the updated report about the stock and notify with the safety margin to reorder.
• Make sure to archive all receiving or dispatching notes.
• Implementation of the ERP System according to the plan and make sure all the Warehouse operations are recorded to the Warehouse ERP System.
