Job Description

What do we expect from you: 

- Adhere to regulations and set policies guiding the personnel activities.
- Strictly following the hiring and termination procedures.
- Ensure that work contracts are renewed or terminated on time.
- Delivering claims for social insurance and labor office to finance department on time.
- Constantly update of the employee data and records on the system.
- Ensure that employees’ files are archived in and organized and secure manner in compliance with the Egyptian laws.
- Maintain documentations, including staffing, grievances, and employee leaves requests.
- Double-check the correctness and completeness of all personnel documents.
- Provide support to management and staff by interpreting personnel policies and procedures highlighting any regulatory changes.
- Keep records of work times and attendance, track employees’ absences (regular/irregular).
- Monitor and report on leaves plans and balance consumption highlighting inflated balance cases and work with the Head of operations on finding solutions to enforce minimizing accumulated balances to avoid employees’ fatigue and to avoid affecting the people cost.
- Process new employees’ social insurance, termination, leave of absence, and other regulatory requirements using appropriate forms.
- Ensure that all personnel practices comply with applicable employment laws and regulations and internal policies. 
- Handle all disciplinary actions and deals with governmental External offices such as Labor, Social insurance offices etc.
- Issuing HR Letters.
- Liaise with the labor offices to maintain knowledge of all relevant statutory updates and or changes.
- Handle employees investigations and seek legal advice from the legal department and might involve them as needed. 
- Responsible for safeguarding employees’ data of all forms either sensitive or non sensitive or else will be subject to disciplinary action that might lead to dismissal. 
- Deal with the medical insurance provider under the supervision of the Head of operations with regards to the following:
- Support with employees’ awareness on utilizing the service
- Manage employee medical approvals and mediate between the medical providers and employees
- Manage the process of employees medical claims
- Ensure maintaining a service level agreement with the medical insurance provider 
- Handle the timely subscription and cancelation 
- Receive and attend to employee medical requests and ensure prompt process during and after working hours.
- Report any disconformities and complaints to his/her manager.
- Deal with the service providers in relation to staff meals and transportation and any other benefits as applicable. 
- Strictly adhere to the HSE instructions.
- Keep the records of the Fire Fighting training in the employees files to comply with the laws.
- Reporting attendance and Leaves.
- Reporting as required.
- Stay up to date with the country laws and regulations.
- Analyze repeated complaints from the employees and discuss them with his/her manager and with peers in the department and work on solutions.

To perform your job successfully, you need to have the following minimum requirements:

  • Education and experience:
    - Bachelor Degree in a relevant discipline
    - Minimum 5 - 7 years experience the same position 
     
  • Skills and knowledge:
    -Full knowledge of labor laws and social insurance is a must
    - Full knowledge of employee relations policies & procedures
    - High accuracy and eye for details
    - Very Good command in English language.
    - Excellent organization skills
    - Perfect archiving skills
    - Excellent follow up skills
    - Excellent planning and time management skills.
    - Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    - High customer centricity and prompt attendance to requests 
    - Proficiency in Google drive workspace and in Excel
