Job Description

  • Responsible for the development of eLearning courses using Articulate Storyline.
  • Work closely with subject matter experts to define course objectives, outline and storyboard courses.
  • Apply instructional design theories and practice.
  • Develop innovative ideas for e-Learning resources.
  • Work effectively with colleagues to create compelling and engaging deliverables.
  • Ability to design, develop, implement, and evaluate training plans, curricula, and methodology.
  • Produce scripts and e-Learning content.
  • Solid understanding of instructional design and performance improvement
  • Perform gap analysis on training content to create digital content scenarios.
  • Review design documents and set up training based on content.
  • Create e-content storyboards and activities into engaging e-learning solutions.
  • Design e-Learning training activities and exercises.
  • Create supporting material/media (audio, video, simulations, role-plays, games etc).
  • Provide exercises and activities that enhance the learning process
  • Provide SCORM format this is applicable on LMS.
  • Decide on the criteria used to judge learners’ performance and develop assessment instruments.
  • Maintain project documentation and course folders.
  • Mission:   - Create a Template for SME  - Create Content (Use ID Model)  - Create an Outline for the content  - Design course objective  - Design storyboard with the script  - Design Activity for Content  - Technical supervision of the products he designs from A to Z.


 

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent 
  • Minimum 4 years of proven working experience in instructional design and Education technology background. 
  • Excellent writing, editing, critical reasoning, interpersonal, and communication skills. 
  • Excellent command of the English language. 
  • Proven 4+ years of business experience and success designing and developing training content, or Degree in instructional design, multimedia design, learning technology, education, or a related field. 
  • Solid knowledge of course development software and LMS delivering SCORM files. Ability to write effective copy, instructional text, audio scripts/video scripts. 
  • Ability to storyboard and use Visual design skills.
