Job Description
- Follow up on HVAC and all mechanical work in site.
- Apply AutoCAD and shop drawing on actual site with reviewing the best routing to finish the installations.
- Following up all the day the mechanical and HVAC trades installation.
- Lead the labors & technicians to finalize the work within the time schedule.
- Hand over HVAC and all mechanical work to Project Manager and get the approvals.
- Follow up mechanical materials in/out movements.
- Achieving the quality control with full coordination.
- Studying client specification and requirements, focusing on potential clients’ requirements
- Negotiate suppliers & subcontractors to get best offers.
- Negotiate customers with required scope changes.
Job Requirements
Education
- Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering
Technical Skills
- Excellent practical experience in HVAC
Personal Skills
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office productivity tools.
- Excellent communications, presentations and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent command of the English language.
