Job Description

Job Summary:-

Organize and implement administrative duties, performing necessary support. Coordinate and organize spare parts, unit sales, and project admin tasks for kitchen & laundry commercial equipment business unit.

Operations

  • Receive purchase orders and validate them with quotations.
  • Issue sales/service orders. (Unit sales - MAC - Spare Parts)
  • Group orders per supplier.
  • Obtain Performa Invoices from suppliers.
  • Send all the needed data to procurement to issue PO.
  • Follow up on all orders with the logistics department until shipment delivery.
  • Issue commercial invoices.
  • Issue movement request to release spare parts from the warehouse.
  • Maintain a follow-up sheet on customer orders, until they close the sales order supply.
  • Ensure that the order is delivered to the customers in a timely manner and that order delivery documents/or service sheet has been signed by the customer.
  • Communicate with customers and fulfill their inquiries about the service they received or requested.
  • Issue customer, warranty certificates for kitchen equipment whenever needed. 

General tasks 

  • Copy, Scan, and File all data in folders.
  • Draft, edit and prepare correspondence, reports, and other material using word processing, spreadsheets, and/or databases.
  • Support GM and kitchen sections in various administrative tasks.

Job Requirements

  • BS degree.
  • At least 1 year experience as a coordinator (Max 3).
  • Excellent excel user.
  • Very good command of English.
  • Follow-up and record-keeping skills.
  • Very good communication skills.
