QA SPECIALIST – LEONA & IRAQ
Job Purpose
- To provide expert quality advice and support to the Abbott affiliate.
- To lead any QA activities as they arise.
Job Responsibilities
- Support Distributors operation and suppliers’ management regarding all AN QA product compliance activity as required.
- Develop, structure, and control an appropriate Quality system and Management thereof for the Affiliate along with Provide input and assist other Functional areas regarding any QA-related activities.
- Assure Quality policies and regulatory requirements implementation through coordination of new requirements evaluation and implementation in local documentation.
- Assure the annual self-auditing programs are prepared and executed in order to monitor the implementation and compliance with GxP principles, proposing corrective measures if necessary and regularly appraise the effectiveness and application of the Quality Assurance system.
- Assure suppliers periodic qualification according to regulatory and Abbott standards and requirements including, distributors and GxP electronic systems supplier.
- Management of complaints, management of QA Hold and Product Actions; collaborate in the management of exceptions, CAPA, counterfeiting and parallel import events.
- Assure management of Exception, CAPA, QA Hold and Product action as appropriate
- Assure GMP/GDP Affiliate training system implementation and maintenance through the use of appropriate system.
- Assure GMP /GDP affiliate documentation availability through the management of dedicated documentation center.
- Control of promotional materials and samples management
- Ensuring that process controls for over-labelling / packaging processes are maintained and systematic wherever applicable.
Education and Experience
- Degree in Pharmaceutical or Chemistry sciences Or Food industry
- Minimum 3-5 years' experience in QMS, quality assurance, GMP and GDP issues
- Good knowledge of written and spoken English.
- Arabic speaking is preferable.
- Knowledge of computer systems.
