  • Manage the entire sales cycle from finding a client to securing a deal.
  • Manage the entire sales team
  • Explore new partnership clients.
  • Brainstorming with the team for new ideas
  • Sell products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending solutions.
  • Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements.
  • Maintain professional and technical products knowledge.
  • Attending initial sales meetings and meeting the client
  • Determining a client's business requirements and whether the products being considered are suitable
  • Study the current market trends for a product and identify enhancements
  • Keep in contact with existing customers in person and by telephone.
  • Schedule appointments to meet new and existing customers. Promote new products and any special offers.
  • Advise customers about delivery schedules and after-sales service.
  • Record orders and coordinate requirements to the Professional service department.
  • Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems developing solutions preparing reports making recommendations to management.
  • Assist in monitoring competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, promotions.
  • Demonstrable ability to communicate, present reports to clients & management.

 

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in any relevant discipline.
  • More than 10 years’ experience in Security Solutions, Light Current, Access Control & CCTV Systems.
  • Business acumen with a problem-solving attitude.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and time-management skills.
  • Customer Oriented.
  • Positive attitude, highly collaborative, and self-motivated.
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize.
  • Excellent selling, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to forecast.
  • Listening Skills.
  • Product Knowledge.

Work Hours, Days, and Benefits:

  • Location: Nasr City.
  • Working days: Sunday till Thursday.
