Job Description
- Studying project drawings, BOQs & Docs.
- Organize work flow according to project plan.
- Manage subcontractors to ensure work compatibility with drawings & standards.
- Review & coordinate MEP designs with Arch. Designs.
- Prepare quantity survey from site for contractors Bill of Progress.
- Request purchasing orders
- Manage material submission before installation.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture
- Strong Finishing background with eye to detail
- Problem solving.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Well knowledge in Site Survey.
- Excellent AutoCAD.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- The perfect user of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to supervise and guidance.
