We are looking for a Head of Logistics to oversee the entire supply chain process for our elevators and escalators business. The ideal candidate will manage imports, coordinate with international suppliers, shipping lines, and clearance companies, and ensure seamless transportation from ports to warehouses.

 Import & Supplier Coordination:

Manage international suppliers to ensure timely and compliant product deliveries.

Oversee Letter of Credit (LC) processing and financial transactions related to imports.

Shipping & Freight Management:

• Negotiate with shipping companies and freight forwarders to optimize costs and efficiency.
• Ensure all shipping documentation (invoices, bill of lading, certificates of origin, etc.) is accurate and complete.

 Customs Clearance & Compliance:

• Coordinate with customs clearance agents to expedite the clearance process.
• Ensure compliance with local import regulations and documentation requirements.

Domestic Transportation & Warehousing:

• Arrange transportation from ports to warehouses while ensuring cost efficiency and operational excellence.
• Collaborate with transportation providers to ensure safe and timely delivery.

Government & Digital Compliance:

• Manage all transactions and digital documentation via the “Nafeza” platform.
• Keep track of regulatory updates and ensure smooth compliance with customs and trade laws.

Process Optimization & Reporting:

• Monitor logistics performance and propose improvements to reduce costs and enhance efficiency.
• Prepare periodic reports on supply chain performance, challenges, and solutions.
