Job Description
- Design and implement onboarding program to support employees in their first period of hiring
- Managing the relationship between the organization and the employees
- Find ways to build morale, improve workplace relationships, and boost productivity and retention.
- Manage the Employee Engagement survey for the business, ensuring all impact plans have been submitted and implemented in the business.
- Analyze data trends and metrics to inform business decisions. • Promote an orderly but friendly work environment to increase the productivity of the employees.
- Plan and execute purposeful and outcome driven events geared to attract, develop, and retain talent.
- Create and coordinate learning and development opportunities and track completion, feedback, and cadence of such programs.
- Continuously guide, coach, and direct leaders to ensure a consistent understanding of expectations in supporting their team members and experience across department lines for all team members.
- Dealing with complex cases, such as disciplinary grievances and appeals
- Creating development interventions for those identified as talent
- Designing succession and contingency frameworks
- Assessing the impact that people practices and policies have on the employee experience.
- Creating proactive approaches to well-being in the organization in order to drive physical and mental well-being
- Reviewing and enhancing the employer brand
- Overseeing all people practices to ensure they are compliant the company policies
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or other relevant field
- 8+ years of experience in a relevant position
- HR certificate/diploma is a Must
- Mastery of Microsoft Office package
- Experience in construction companies is a plus
