Job Description

Oversees the development, implementation, and maintenance of the company Compensation & Benefits functions either regionally or by country. Selects, develops, and evaluates personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function. Manage a team that designs benefits policies and administration procedures, selects vendors, prepares costs projections, seeks approval, and implements new/changed benefits affecting major countries or cluster of countries. May be assigned as Compensation Business Partner to a Line of Business. Manages the development, deployment and execution of Compensation & Benefits business requirements and compliance standards. Identify Compensation & Benefits goals, objectives, and metrics; analyze business needs and prioritizes workload for team. Develop short - medium term plans to successfully implement operational policies and achieve strategic objectives and results. Select, develop, and evaluate subordinate managers to ensure the efficient operation of the function. Coach, mentor and develop staff. Actively participate in global / regional / country special projects related to Compensation & Benefits. May perform other duties as assigned. Minimum Qualifications: A minimum of 10 years professional experience in a Compensation & Benefits role. 6 or more years of management experience building and leading a high performing team. Preferred Qualifications: A Bachelors or Masters degree in a related field. Strong ability to work in a collaborative team environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence business leaders. Excellent organizational, project management and planning skills.
