Are you up for a rewarding challenge? WIN Holding is looking for an experienced marketing manager with a technology background to join our office in Cairo, Egypt.
The marketing manager will work across multiple brands across the MEA region leading a team of marketers to deliver a mix of product and performance marketing initiatives. Our main aim is to grow as a group, so your OKRs will reflect growth in ARR, demand generation across traditional and digital channels along with content creation hand-to-hand with the commercial team.
Job Description:
- Build our group marketing department to reflect our Y2Y growth goals.
- Lead the PMM activities, working on go to market strategies, positioning, packaging, pricing and portfolio messaging.
- Create, own and implement yearly marketing strategy for the group and its brands.
- Create, own and implement monthly marketing plans to achieve the overall department strategy and OKRs.
- Be a data champion, working with data to assess channel effectiveness, team performance and overall brand performance.
- Traffic management for different brands requirements depending on group strategy and in coordination with management.
- Work with sales and pre-sales teams on the marketing funnel to drive lead conversion, client acquisition and sales enablement.
- Leads department initiatives to increase productivity.
- Work with external agencies on branding initiatives, events, etc..
- Oversees quality control on all in-house Marketing programs/activities.
Job Requirements
- Excellent command of Arabic and English languages.
- Ability to lead and mentor a team (At least 3 years experience)
- Proficiency in major marketing tools as Google analytics, Ads, WordPress, Facebook Business Manager, Databox, CRM, etc..
- Ability to run and analyze reports for management purposes.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to take initiative and effectively adapt to changes.
- Recognizes an emergency situation and takes appropriate action.
- Able to use sound judgment; work independently, with minimal supervision.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
- Performs well with frequent interruptions and/or distractions.
Qualifications:
- 7-10 years of experience in a marketing role with at least 3 years in a management position
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing/management from a reputable organization (MBA preferred)
- Experience with a B2B technology company
- Digital certifications are a plus (Adwords, Social Media, Digital Analytics, Wordpress, etc..)
