Job Description
KEY ROLE SPECIFIC ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Receiving visitors at the front desk by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately.
- Welcome the visitors and guide them to inpatients rooms.
- Attends all assigned calls promptly based on pre-set Customer service SLA’s and KPIs.
- Make Reservations and follow-up where necessary.
- Handles customer complaint professionally and responds with efficient solutions and escalates where necessary.
- Briefs the Duty Manager on complaints that require management assistance.
- Generate daily Call Center reports
- Answering screening and forwarding incoming phone calls
- Overhead for the doctors or employees, if needs.
Job Requirements
- Experience not less than 1 Year in Obesity/Beauty Clinics.
- High University Degree is a must
- Good in English
- Highly Presentable and good looking.
- Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative or similar role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Professional attitude and appearance
- Excellent organizational skills
- Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
