Communicating/ Meetings with the construction entity for applying the clients modifications.
Communicating-meeting with the clients to discuss & apply our company slogan so that they can have their own customized unit.
Communicating-meeting with the consultant to discuss technical details in the company’s projects so that they can meet our company’s needs.
Coordinate with Customer care for clients’ needs, questions, site visit
Coordinating with marketing department for the tasks related to engineering work scope.
Supporting sales team members & Handling clients (if needed) in the exhibitions
Communicating with technical office manager for any kind of work approval.
Communicating with technical office manager for approving the clients’ needs.
Handling the company’s projects in terms of unit area measurements for the inventory, creating marketing plans for the sales, dealing with the sales team members for deals, preparing contract documents for it
Communicate/ Meeting with & Coordinate between the developer and the consultant according to the developer requirements, current situation for the sold out units.(selling situation).
Site visits for the site, for revising, approving the working drawings done.
Re modelling the office according to the company’s needs
Delivering whole modified plans to the contractor so that it can be applied in the site.
