Skills And Tools:
- Source and screen CVs from the company database for the required positions to be filled in.
- Conduct phone interviews with potential candidates.
- Schedule potential candidates for the required assessments and tests.
- Administer the assessment and testing process.
- Coordinate and organize for required interviews with the relevant parties within Xceed.
- Data entry of required information on HRMS.
- Maintain accurate, proper and complete filing for the recruitment function.
- Minimum 1 year of experience.
- Maximum age 28.
- HR knowledge.
- Excellent command of spoken and written English.
- Excellent communication skills.
