Job Description
The Senior Strategic Communications Specialist shall develop, manage, and modify the overall approach to communications, which includes the monitoring (and modifying, as appropriate) of social media protocols and engagement, as well as the clarification and institution of branding and marking guidance for all multi-media products. Provide thought leadership and strategic planning based on the various business trends and best practices.
· Develop effective corporate communication strategies for Alfardan Group and its related Business Units.
· Enable Leadership to build strong relationships with stakeholders and drive change in the company.
· Build and manage relationships with partners, vendors & service providers.
· Write content for media relations, web and social media use.
· Assist in ad hoc project administration support when required general administrative duties.
· Develop and execute communications and stakeholder engagement strategies to promote the strategic roadmap.
· Create and maintain strategy materials for constant availability to Management and Regulators.
· Ensure the alignment of messages and distributed content with the overarching strategy communications plan.
· Manage internal communications (memos, newsletters etc. And act as the content developer for the company website, internal portal, and applications.
· Identify and solve communication gaps and develop a cross communication strategy.
