Resolves problems by clarifying the customer's complaint, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem, and following up to ensure resolution
Handle all customer inquiries received timely and professionally.
Understanding customers' needs and identifying their problems.
Handle all the contract preparation processes.
Respond to all inquiries related to the contract; expected delivery date or any changes/updates to the project phases.
Contribute all the after-sales services to the clients.
Interact with customers to provide information in response to inquiries, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Update the client’s account data on the company database to follow up on payment status, and review contracted unit updates.
Update client’s records on CRM application to acquire any changes in the client information such as: (Contact person – Mobile - Address – Email).
Respond to all inquiries related to the contract; expected delivery date or any changes/updates to the project phases.

Proven working experience as Customer Service Specialist not less than 1 year, Real estate experience is preferred.
Excellent Communication skills, Presentation, and problem-solving skills.
Good user of CRM systems, MS Office
Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
Nasr city or nearby areas.
