Job Description
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential partners to generate new business to maximize revenue in accordance with pre-defined targets.
- Act as trusted advisor to partner providing, either directly or indirectly, best guidance on how to maximize use of Silicon21-NITS solutions and services to achieve current and future strategic goals.
- Act as the point of contact to ensure all partner’s needs are met quickly and professionally and all issues are resolved quickly and efficiently.
- Lead all aspects of the sales process, to assist in solution development, proposal delivery, and implementation, as needed or as directed by management.
- Perform Marketing activities and coordinate with sales support & marketing team to prepare seminars, exhibitions, trainings, and giveaways as required.
- Submit weekly, monthly and as requested business reports to management; ensure optimum use of online tools and resources as advised by management.
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor Degree with 3+ years of experience.
- Experience as a projects account manager or sales account executive preferably in the physical security, light current and video surveillance industry
- Hands on experience in Projects sales in similar distributor environment and an ability to deliver excellent customer experience is preferred.

- Able to deal with people at all levels within an organization, and show and demonstrate negotiating skills with key decision makers.
