Export Manager

1. Maintain continuous administration of regulations for import and export operations
2. External contacts to find out their requirements.
3. Assistance in obtaining all required import permits and export licenses for all operations.
4. Coordinating with the Marketing Department and retail sourcing classification for an effective export tariff schedule.
5. Provide effective interface with freight forwarders, all logistics, and level-up services and solve all shipping issues.

6. Perform all record keeping and maintain records of all entries.
7. Perform checks on all export files regularly.
8. Monitor and provide responses to all customer inquiries and requests and obtain product certificates required for all export and import products for customs clearance.
9. Cooperating with different departments, obtaining all certification documents, ensuring compliance with all import and export policies, and conducting regular audits on all broker activities
10. Opening new export regions
11. Coordinating between export sales and the financial department in completing all procedures for opening letters of credit and completing the necessary documents

12. The incumbent is obligated to follow the procedures related to the quality assurance system (ISO) and the consequent application of all forms and procedures for this job, as well as the preparation of the required reports.
13. Follow up on notifying customers of the steps taken about their purchase requests.
14. Coordinating between export sales and financial management regarding the collection of external customers' debts (checks and cash transfers) and due dates.
15. Responsible for determining the company's financial position towards customers before shipment production and before shipment.
16. Review drawback models with actual invoices in coordination with the export sales engineer.
