Job Description

  • Handling and managing tax inspection with the companies and the tax authorities.
  • Facilitate and manage the preparation, review, and inspections company's tax returns and the accurate, timely filing of all tax forms.
  • Develop and implement strategic tax planning.
  • Monitor legislative and regulatory tax law developments, communicate the effects of these developments to management and the tax team, and create strategies to capitalize on changes to taxation legislation.
  • Manages the accounting team who are responsible for financial reporting, billing, collections, all the transactions, and quarterly and yearly financial statements.
  • Recruits and hires accounting and financial staff and conducts performance evaluations.
  • Coordinates training programs for new staff and identifies training needs for the current team.
  • Establishes internal controls and guidelines for accounting transactions.
  • Audits accounts to ensure compliance with Egyptian financial reporting standards; coordinates with outside auditors and provides needed information for the annual external audit.
  • Presents recommendations to management on short- and long-term financial objectives and policies.
  • Prepare financial statement quarterly and yearly.
  • Review all company contracts from a financial point of view.
  • Performs other related duties as necessary or assigned.
  • Prepare all reports the top manager needs and give them helpful financial advice.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • 10 years of experience ( 2 years as manager).
  • Professional qualification CPA or SCCA  will be considered a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Able to manage, guide and lead employees to ensure appropriate financial processes are being used.
  • Excellent in English is a must.
  • Advanced MS office skills.
  • Males only.
