Job Description
- Handling and managing tax inspection with the companies and the tax authorities.
- Facilitate and manage the preparation, review, and inspections company's tax returns and the accurate, timely filing of all tax forms.
- Develop and implement strategic tax planning.
- Monitor legislative and regulatory tax law developments, communicate the effects of these developments to management and the tax team, and create strategies to capitalize on changes to taxation legislation.
- Manages the accounting team who are responsible for financial reporting, billing, collections, all the transactions, and quarterly and yearly financial statements.
- Recruits and hires accounting and financial staff and conducts performance evaluations.
- Coordinates training programs for new staff and identifies training needs for the current team.
- Establishes internal controls and guidelines for accounting transactions.
- Audits accounts to ensure compliance with Egyptian financial reporting standards; coordinates with outside auditors and provides needed information for the annual external audit.
- Presents recommendations to management on short- and long-term financial objectives and policies.
- Prepare financial statement quarterly and yearly.
- Review all company contracts from a financial point of view.
- Performs other related duties as necessary or assigned.
- Prepare all reports the top manager needs and give them helpful financial advice.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
- 10 years of experience ( 2 years as manager).
- Professional qualification CPA or SCCA will be considered a plus.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
- Able to manage, guide and lead employees to ensure appropriate financial processes are being used.
- Excellent in English is a must.
- Advanced MS office skills.
