Job Description – Chief Financial Officer
Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Manage and control all financial-related activities of the company in different regions/countries.
- Assist in the development of corporate strategy and formulate strategic and long-term business plans providing recommendations to the CEO and the executive management team members.
- Develop and implement financial policies, procedures and accounting standards in the particular region/country.
- Manage the processes of financial forecasting.
- Prepare and present monthly financial budgeting reports, monthly profit and loss, forecast vs. budget.
- Manage accounting activities: cost and revenue allocation, accounts receivable and payable, consolidation and closing while ensuring compliance with local financial authorities and international accounting standards.
- Oversee the preparation and presentation of quarterly and annual consolidated financial statements in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
- Manage cash flow planning process; monitoring and interpreting cash flows and predicting future trends.
- Assessing new projects investment risks.
- Transfer cost accountability and control.
- Taking part in maintaining of all Company agreements and control conditions compliance.
- Ensure adequate assessment and mitigation of risk and compliance with applicable regulatory or other legal requirements.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in multinational environment on the same position.
- Successful work experience in establishing start-up company.
- Proven track record as a Finance Director in a Company with multi currency payment system is a must.
- Strong leadership skills, flexible team player (to drive the project through challenges and any uncertainty).
- Personal initiative and strong hands-on attitude along with creativeness, decisiveness, and results-driven mentality for a business-focused way of thinking.
- Experience of working in a public company would be highly appreciated.
- Successful candidate knows main in the country financial partners and institutes in person (including management and decision makers).
- MD365 user skills (other modules are advantage).
- IPO experience will be plus.
- A comprehension of multi country business is a plus.
- Hands-on experience and approach.
- Second language is a plus.
- Fluent English.
