What we do:
ProjectNS is an ambitious project to be launched in Saudi Arabia. The project is SaaS-based solution aiming to serve primarily in the construction industry. The project will grant projects’ stakeholders a virtual access to construction sites, through sensors and cameras, so they can visit them anywhere and anytime and manage operation remotely including the ability of files management and workflows tracking.
ProjectNS is going to operate in Saudi Arabia; one of the largest markets in the region with a huge number of going-on and prospective construction projects entirely reshaping the country.
The Role:
1- To bring our vision to life, an ambitious expert to be the Technology Lead is needed inside our headquarters. The position is a central role, and the selected person will take the leadership responsibility of the solution development. This will include managing the product from end-to-end; ideas on papers, product deployment up to technical operations and support.
2- Technology Lead is expected to have to ability to create and manage a team of technology enthusiasts; this may include but not limited to: data scientist, back-end developer, front-end developer and QA/QC specialist.
3- The ideal candidate will be an experienced technologist with a demonstrated knowledge in SaaS-based web and mobiles applications.
4- In a summary, his main role is to lead the technical team to 1) develop to the web application alongside the complementary mobile devices app from scratches until deployment, 2) to maintain the technical support after product launch and 3) to add new features by time with the team.

4- Defining and delivering the product roadmap in collaboration with the external and internal parties.
5- Leading the product planning to achieve the business goals by prioritizing development initiatives and
setting timetables for the evaluations, development and deployment of the product/ features.
6- Communicating progress and removing roadblocks with the higher management.
7- In a summary, delivering strong and compelling market-leading product that drives growth in users
and sales.
Job Requirements
1- Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, Software Engineering or equivalent.
2- 7+ years of responsible technical and managerial experience with day-to-day operations.
3- Proven experience in developing and managing web and mobile applications from inception to
delivery.
4- Enterprise-scale expert with experience migrating product from on-premises to cloud.
5- Demonstrated ability to create and lead a startup technical team to deliver a world class solution.
6- Experience in agile development, test automation, continuous integration and SaaS performance and
scalability.
7- Must have an excellent verbal and written English language skills.
8- Above all: honest, friendly and has strong communication skills.
