Job Description

  • Communicating with the marketing agency and internal departments in the company to manage deliverables in both ways.
  • Manage the E-commerce website: products, new orders, inventory and contact with customers or third parties.
  • Follow up with the marketing agency online campaigns and all social media channels results.
  • Follow up with the software agency any issues or edit for the website.
  • Sending and replying emails in both AR and EN.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, or related field.
  • Good background in the digital world: marketing and software.
  • Adaptability and strong problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent active listening skills.
  • Ability to build rapport and collaborate with others within the company and externally.
  • Excellent command in both Arabic and English languages.
  • Extensive, accurate product knowledge.
  • Microsoft Office Knowledge
  • Fluent English language
