Job Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Developer to join our team. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate should have strong sales acumen, market research skills, and the ability to develop and maintain client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and Develop Business Opportunities: Research potential markets, identify new leads, and develop strategies to expand business operations.
• Lead Generation & Client Acquisition: Generate leads through networking, cold calling, and industry events to bring in new customers.
• Sales & Revenue Growth: Develop sales strategies, negotiate deals, and close contracts to meet revenue targets.
• Partnership Management: Build and maintain relationships with key partners, stakeholders, and clients.
• Market Research & Competitive Analysis: Monitor industry trends, analyze competitors, and provide strategic recommendations.
• Pitching & Presentations: Create and deliver compelling business proposals and presentations to potential clients and investors.
• Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, sales, and product teams to align business development strategies with company goals.
• Reporting & Forecasting: Track business development performance, prepare reports, and forecast future revenue opportunities.
Job Requirements
Qualifications & Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and growing business partnerships.
Skills & Competencies:
• Strong Sales & Negotiation Skills: Ability to close deals and develop lasting client relationships.
• Market Research & Analytical Skills: Understanding of industry trends and competitive landscape.
• Excellent Communication & Presentation: Ability to pitch ideas persuasively to clients and stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, or Apollo).
• Previous experience in B2B sales, SaaS, fintech, or startup environments is a plus.
• Knowledge of digital marketing and business growth strategies is an advantage.
