Job Description
- Opening new accounts & meeting clients to discuss their advertising needs, maintaining
relationships and closing deals. - Establishes and maintains relationships with industry influencers and key strategic partners.
- Negotiating with clients, solving any problems, and making sure deadlines are met.
- Presenting campaign ideas and costing to clients.
- Sustains rapport with key accounts by making periodic visits; exploring specific needs;
anticipating new opportunities. - Develops and implements strategic marketing plans and sales plans and forecasts to achieve
corporate objectives for products and services. - Managing internal work flow, while corresponding and coaching Client briefing, De-briefing,
brainstorming, planning, presentation, feedback, and amends. - Overseeing work through these stages (Medical, Creative, Art, Multimedia, Exhibitions,
Production and Purchase departments). (Supervision) - Prepares monthly sales report showing sales volume, sales performance against target,
potential sales, areas of proposed client base expansion, and reporting on variances. - Attending industry events and conferences to generate new business leads.
- Forming sales strategies to keep the company competitive and innovative.
Job Requirements
