Job Description
- This post aims to open and manage the channel of Telecommunication operators, Electronic chain stores and organized retailers, enhance sales proportion of vivo in the OR channel by developing a solid relationship with the key account through vivo differentiated services
Sell in target
- Complete every month sell-in target according to the market situation.
Open new OR accounts
- Gather the information of big clients in Egypt, especially competitor sales data.
- Keep follow and negotiate with client and complete the cooperation standards and procedures for new OR accounts.
Stock management
- Assign the stock quantity according to the region needs
- Follow the stock availability of every region and keep update the stock information
- Tracking stock orders and ensuring timely delivery of stock
Sales
- Track every branch sales, and follow every branch office daily sales
- Improve low sales region through supervisors visit, training, image, Motivational meetings
Relationship
- Frequently visit OR account head office, make a stable relationship with key person
- Regular visit OR branches to find out the problem and make the possible solution for the problem.
Routine work
- Managing team of supervisors through communication group, providing basic training, ensuring new product training, maintaining terminal image, collecting special stock demands, identifying shop problems.
- Visiting branch office for improving sales and service delivery of supervisors
Job Requirements
- Telecommunications /Mobile Industry relevant Experience at least 3 years.
- Excellent Command of English Language, chinese speakers are preferd.
- Excellent MS Office User
- Presentable
- Maximum age is 30
- Hard Worker and have ability to coop in a team
