Job Description
Joining our construction team, Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Performing and following up on site execution
- Preparing, scheduling, coordinating and monitoring the assigned engineering projects
- Monitoring compliance to applicable codes, practices, QA/QC policies, performance standards and specifications
- Interacting daily with the clients to interpret their needs and requirements and represent them in the field
- Performing overall quality control of the work (budget, schedule, plans, personnel’s performance) and reporting regularly on project status
- Assigning Responsibilities across site
- Cooperating and communicating effectively with projects manager
- Reviewing engineering deliverables and initiating appropriate corrective actions
- Preparation of As-built drawings.
- Resolving any unexpected technical difficulties, and other problems that may arise.
- Updating projects' schedules
- Ensuring that all materials used and work performed are as per specifications.
- Coordinating and monitoring the work of construction subcontractors.
- Issuing final actual quantity surveying ports to prepare invoices & variation orders
Job Requirements
- 3-5 years' experience in a similar role
- Previous experience in the sports field is a plus
- Ability to work individually in various complex projects
- Ability to lead and think out of the box
