Job Description
- We are looking for an experienced (Project Manager) at to work closely with the project team members to handle all aspects within the project and fulfilling the requirements needed in terms of time quality and cost and ensure that all project requirements, deadlines, and schedules are on track.
- Competent in conflict and crisis management Responsibilities
- Collecting all the project's data and information from the main office (project package such as drawings, specification, BOQ, ...etc.).
- Creating and developing organizational chart of the project execution based on the project needed staff.
- Work jointly with the planning engineer to prepare detailed baseline schedule and target execution schedule loaded with all the required resources
- Do all the necessary requirement to obtain all approvals required from authorities.
- Dealing with the client and the consultant with all correspondence related to the project.
- Review and submitting monthly payment to the client and consultant.
- Review and approve subcontractors’ payment.
- Present weekly and monthly progress reports to the client and consultant as per the project quality plan or as required.
- Present all the required weekly and monthly progress reports to the company.
- Monitoring and controlling all the project constraints (cost, quality, safety, ...etc.), and ensuring that the project is delivered on time within budget and scope.
- Assuring availability and solving problems related to all the project's requirements (material, manpower, subcontractor, ... etc.) to ensure that there are no obstructions or interruption of work on the site.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering from a reputed university
- 15+ years’ experience in a different construction projects type.
- Proven working experience as a project manager (In Egypt at least 5 years)
- Solid knowledge of project management processes, methodologies and tools & techniques
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent computer knowledge.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
