Job Description

Purpose:

We are seeking to hire a Multitasker high calibers who will work as a Social Media and PR Executive to be able to deal with our Marketing consulting agency and Public Relations consulting agency. 

You will be responsible for building and maintaining a positive reputation for our company. You will be responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with customers, community, and all Stakeholders (PR skills). You will be responsible for writing press releases and other media or digital media contents (Content Creation skills). You will be responsible for responding to inquiries through media or digital media (Moderation skills). You will be responsible for handling CEO’s tasks and meetings (Admin skills).

 

Responsibilities:

  • Participating in establishing and maintaining relationships with customers, community and public interest groups.
  • Writing press releases and other media communications to promote clients.
  • Participating in studying the organization's objectives, promotional policies, and needs to build public relations strategies that influence public opinion and promote products, ideas, and services.
  • Participating in preparing and editing organizational publications, including employee newsletters or stockholders' reports, for internal and external audiences.
  • Responsible for writing press releases and other media or digital media contents.
  • Participating in managing the content of the company's website and all company social media accounts Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, etc.
  • Participating in updating and maintaining Web content.
  • Participating in planning and monitoring the ongoing paid marketing campaigns on social media platforms
  • Maintain company social media pages and profiles.
  • Generating, editing, publishing and sharing content (original text, images, video or HTML) that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to take action.
  • Will be responsible for social media designs.
  • Responsible for posting updates to all social media platforms.
  • Participating in building a significant number of followers on Social Media Platforms by following and engaging with potential clients.
  • Participating in connecting with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns.
  • Maintain a monthly social media calendar.
  • Handling CEO’s tasks and meetings.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in Media, Marketing or related field.
  • Years of experience: 2 to 5 years
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Arabic and English.
  • Experience handling events.
  • Familiarity with design software and technologies (such as InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop), it would be a huge plus.
  • An ability to work on big strategy plans as well as day-to-day tasks.
  • Ability to think both creatively and strategically.
  • Ability to run PR campaigns that deliver measurable results and meet objectives.
  • Deadline-oriented, inquisitive, with great follow-up and reporting skills.
  • Understanding of social media different platforms.
  • Responds well under pressure with strict time limit.
  • Quick and enthusiastic learner.
